Communication Tolerance

 

In any new initiative, you will have many voices providing feedback, suggestions or criticism. 

Define how people can provide you input (calls, 1 contact person, email, etc.) and what your personal tolerance is for changes to your plan.  

New variables and ideas will automatically surface over time as you move from idea to execution – some good, some not realistic for a particular phase. 

Clearly knowing your tolerance for change is key.
